Usage:
ait-server run [--data <absolute-path>] [--listen <ip:port>] [--init-if-missing] [--defer-ci-admission]

ait-server --version
With no arguments, ait-server prints this help without starting the server.
With no --data flag or AIT_NATIVE_SERVER_DATA environment, AIT uses the
platform user-data root and safely initializes it on first run.
--listen defaults to 127.0.0.1:8088 and is accepted only by `run`.
--defer-ci-admission skips only the startup RAM-workspace probe; managed CI
