Why this page exists
The project intentionally separates software-license posture from trademark posture. Public code or release-facing documentation access should not be read as an implied grant of brand-control rights.

Formal trademark clearance, filing, or a longer policy document may still evolve later. Until then, this public summary keeps one boundary clear: official brand identity remains protected even when parts of the product family are publicly readable or permissively licensed.
