Terms
Read the public website terms.
These terms summarize the intended public-use boundary for the official
ait-native website and its release-facing materials. They do not replace
separate open-source licenses, customer contracts, hosted-service terms, or
self-hosted commercial agreements.

Scope
These terms describe the public website boundary only. They apply to the current official site, its release-facing copy, and related public guidance. They are not a substitute for enterprise procurement documents, design-partner agreements, or future hosted-service contracts.
Permitted use
- Read, evaluate, and reference the public website for informational purposes.
- Use public links and release-facing guidance in a truthful, non-misleading way.
- Do not use the site for unlawful conduct, automated abuse, or attempts to misrepresent the project or its official surfaces.
- Do not remove notices or reframe official site material as if it were your own project, brand, or legal grant.
License and IP boundaries
The repository root LICENSE is intentionally not a blanket grant for the
entire monorepo. Release-facing code, website content, and shared-control-plane
software can carry different license postures. Trademark rights are also
separate from software or documentation licenses.
No hidden product promise
- The official site is a public learning and release-facing surface.
- It is not the authenticated
ait-webproduct, and it should not be read as an execution guarantee. - Public examples, proof, and legal summaries are bounded explanations, not universal warranties about every workflow or deployment.
Disclaimer
This page is release-facing guidance, not legal advice. Separate
open-source licenses, commercial terms, support commitments, and counsel-reviewed
policies may govern other ait surfaces more specifically.
